Wimbledon Terrace Townhomes Association consists of a 23 unit single family community in SW Lawrence established in 1982.  It is nestled in an established  neighborhood near Alvamar Golf Course with convenient access to K10,  Clinton Parkway Exercise Trails, bus routes, shopping and restaurants.  The association is managed by an elected Board of Directors/Officers of neighborhood members to ensure architectural and landscaping integrity.  HOA maintenance includes the private road, lawn care, tree maintenance, irrigation and snow removal.
